Virtual FM has mobilised in the South of England, with a further 30 commercial office properties on the 1st October.
Despite the pandemic, our mobilisation team has completed our latest mobilisation and transfer of services to Virtual FM. In the last twelve months, Virtual FM’s hard and soft services are now self-delivered by our own national service infrastructure for office and communal cleaning, HVAC planned maintenance and building repair works through a dedicated service team operating outside the M25 from the Midlands across the East, West, South West & South East counties of England.
Virtual FM was established in April 2016, and now operates nationally with over 111 employees covering a range of hard and soft services. Based in Scotland with regional offices in Sunderland & Manchester we’ve steadily grown and developed a national presence – but more importantly, we’ve a reputation for quality, response and a virtual concept that supports cost savings for our clients. At the centre of our service infrastructure is a 24/7 helpdesk, asset monitoring and our experienced national coverage of Area Facilities Managers that monitor and audit our services to ensure they meet – and exceed – our customer expectations.
But we don’t ever rest on our laurels – we’re constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve the experience for our customers, deliver even more cost efficiencies and continuously improve our quality and standards.
